We wish all the residents new and old in Broadford a very Merry Christmas and Prosperous new year. We are looking forward to 2025 and engaging with as many members as possible.

Santas Visit
Don't forget each year before Christmas, it has been tradition for many years that Santa visits every road in Broadford Estate and Chestnut Grove
- Before Stonemason's Road was built Santa would come across the fields with his helpers and walk through the Estate ringing his Bell.
- Later, he arrived on a horse drawn cart and had buckets of sweets to share.
- As the years moved on, he arrived by "car" escorted by the Gardai. Covid hit and Santa and Mrs Claus were then in a red car of their own.
This year Santa has had very good reports about the children from Broadford.
It takes him a little while to travel up and down all the
roads, but he will pass by your house, a little earlier this year, on Sunday 22nd Dec at 6pm before the big night!
Lots of wonderful memories of Santa
doing his rounds before Christmas, have been made in Broadford. Make sure to look
out for him this year and if you hear sirens on the street come out and wave.
