Defibrillators
"Defibrillators save lives"
There are two defibrillators located in the Estate
Location 1
- D16 TV77 - Gable End of 60A, Broadford Hill
Location 2
- D16 X9V0 - Scout Den, Broadford Rise
In 2024 two defibrillators were purchased for the Estate (part funded by dlrcoco) and are maintained by Broadford Residents Association.
The Association has also ran CPR training and given demonstrations of the Defibrillators to residents. If you are interested in further potential trainings please register your interest at broadfordresidents@gmail.com
In Case of Emergency
Steps to be taken should you need a Defibrillator
- Dial 999 or 112 - Request the Ambulance Service and follow their instructions
- Give your location - The Ambulance Service will provide you with the lock code on your closest Defibrillator
- Follow the instructions and prompts until the Ambulance arrives
The Residents Association maintains the Defibrillators on behalf of residents and visitors and it would be appreciated if you could advise of any call out / or usage to Broadford Residents Association at broadfordresidents@gmail.com so that any necessary maintenance can be performed.
