Easter Greetings to our Residents, and may the upcoming break be all you wish for.
The association produces a newsletter two times a year with information about the associations work and information of interest to the Estate.
Each newsletter is delivered to all houses in Broadford and Chestnut Grove and a web version will be published here also.
Since the launch of the website in 2024 we have also begun more frequent posting of information of interest to residents so please check back for regular updates.

In the last week you might have noticed some hard working volunteers clearing the laneways of the Estate.
This event will give residents/members of the Broadford Residents Association the opportunity to learn about the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme that the Residents Association is re-establishing in the Broadford Estate and Chestnut Grove.
