Broadford Residents Association

Broadford Estate is located in Ballinteer, Dublin 16 and the Broadford Residents Association is a non profit association which was set up for all residents of Broadford and Chestnut Grove Estates with the following aims

• To assist in developing and maintaining a good community spirit.
• To care for the local environment and aim to maintain the Estate to a high standard.
• To develop an active partnership with other residents associations, local government bodies and local service providers.
• Strive to ensure all planning issues in the estate and Ballinteer area conform to existing planning criteria for the area.
• Promote the Health and Saftey of the residents.
• Promote Neighbourhood Watch and any other legitimate security schemes.

The Committee

The committee consists of the following roles which are elected positions at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The number of residents elected to the committee will be a minimum of five and maximum of fifteen.

• Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Vice Chairperson
• Planning Officer

Members

All residents are encouraged to become members by contributing the annual subscription and attending association meetings and electing the committee annually for their estate.
