Raffle and Midsummer Event
2024/2025 was a busy year for the Association with a lot of activity and events for residents. In June and July there were two events.
To assist in developing and maintaining a good community spirit.
To care for the local environment and aim to maintain the Estate to a high standard.
To develop an active partnership with other residents associations, local government bodies and local service providers.
Strive to ensure all planning issues in the estate and Ballinteer area conform to existing planning criteria for the area.
Promote the Health and Saftey of the residents.
Promote Neighbourhood Watch and any other legitimate security schemes.

At the Associations AGM in June The 2025 Committee for Broadford Residents Association was elected by members present. The remaining part in order to finalise the committee for the coming year was the election of officers.
There are 5 Summer Concert Events in Marley over June and July. The Residents Association gets a small number of tickets annually which are usually distributed to Volunteers who are active throughout the year in the association. This year we are also delighted to be holding a raffle for residents of Broadford/Chestnut Grove.
Get ready for some fun! The Broadford Residents Association is excited to announce that we'll be hosting our first Midsummer Event on the Green on Friday, June 21st, for Residents of Broadford Estate and Chestnut Grove.
We wish draw residents attention to a public consultation that Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is undertaking and encourage residents of our estate to have their say before the 15th of July deadline.
There are a number of activities taking place in June including the Residents Association AGM and Mid Summer Event. DLR also have a number of interesting events running
The Hands for Life awareness programme (Irish Heart Foundation) will be delivered on Wednesday 21 May inthe Hall of St. Attracta's Junior School, Broadford Road, and will get underway @ 7:30 pm sharp.
